Divinity Gardens

This is the second recipe we created here at Divinity Gardens and we feel it is very Splendid indeed! Our Splendid Soap is a very firm bar of soap that should last for quite a long time with proper care. We've tweaked the recipe a bit to give it more scent as well as to help make it more astringent while maintaining it's moisturizing properties. It now has a nice citrusy smell to it with a wonderful creamy lather.

We also infused this batch with a strong tea blend of Green tea and we added Lemon Balm leaves which we gathered from our herbal gardens. Green tea is known for it's antioxidant properties and Lemon Balm has been used for it's antibacterial and astringent properties. This soap is our personal favorite for washing our faces here at Divinity Gardens as it cleans and exfoliates naturally yet doesn't strip the skin of its natural oils. We feel this is a good soap for those with normal to oily complexions.

Ingredients: Saponified Sweet Almond Oil, Coconut Oil, Flax Seed Oil, Lard, Olive Oil, Palm Oil, Shea Butter; Spring Water infused with Green Tea and Lemon Balm; Essential Oils of Litsea Cubeba, Orange, Patchoulli, Clove, & Tee Tree Oil.

Be sure to keep your bars of soap in a place to dry in between uses so they will last for several months. If the bar is too big then feel free to cut it in smaller pieces.
